About the Fundraiser

Hello! Our names are Gray Gordon and Oliver Mirsepahi, and we've been coaches at the Bridgehampton Youth Tennis Project (BHYTP) since 2021. Together, we have partnered with the summer camp at the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center (BHCCRC) to provide tennis instruction to the cohort of roughly 100 campers who attend the Center's annual summer program. Year after year, we have had the fortune of being able share the sport we know and love with hundreds of enthusiastic participants. Aside from being an enormous amount of fun for us as coaches, we believe that learning the fundamentals of tennis has helped instill strong character development, a passion to grow and succeed, and smiles and laughs from every young camper newly introduced to the sport through this program.

Although we can hardly believe it, The BHYTP wrapped up its 10th year of operation this past August. While the program has continued to be a success at the Center, the court that we constructed in 2015 for the younger groups (5-8 year olds) is in desperate need of repairs so that we can continue providing a safe and effective environment for tennis lessons. We would also like to use the proceeds of fundraiser to fund new purchases of racquets, tennis balls, cones, over grips and tennis merch for the kids in the program. With your generous support, we can ensure that our program continues to grow and be a success for hundreds of aspiring tennis players in the local community.
