This week presented us with quite the weather challenge. It was cloudy and rainy almost all week, which led to a few canceled sessions. Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, the spirits of our young athletes remained high and bright.

Our focus for the week was mastering the backhand. Even though we had to adapt to the weather, the kids showed incredible enthusiasm and dedication to improving their game. We practiced hard on the fundamentals: maintaining a tight grip, ensuring both hands stay on the racket, and following through with a smooth, controlled swing. The rain didn’t dampen their energy or determination, and it was inspiring to see how they embraced each challenge with a smile.

Here’s to the end of another fantastic week at tennis camp—rainy or not, the kids’ passion for the game always shines through. Let’s keep the energy rolling into next week!
